Furthermore, the order sought to be stayed was a dismissal of an application for injunction, which is not a positive order capable of execution. Therefore, the application for stay was misconceived. Even considering the court's inherent jurisdiction, the applicant failed to demonstrate any change in circumstances or payment of admitted sums owed to the respondent.
