I have considered the Plaintiff’s Notice of Motion dated 27th March 2015 and the Supporting Affidavit thereto as well as the Plaintiff’s written submissions. The application was served upon the Defendant by way of substituted service and is unopposed. That application is dispensed off as follows:
That I do issue an order that the status quo currently prevailing be maintained until this suit be heard and determined and further that a date for pre-trial conference be allocated to pave way to the full and final hearing and determination of this suit.
