The Claimants had previously informed the Court of Appeal that their cause of action had been satisfied by the award of the trial court, and had not disputed the computation or payment of the compensation and terminal benefits at the time of payment in 2014. The decree issued on 28th January 2014 was final and fully satisfied, and the Claimants' attempt to seek a higher sum was unsupported by the record and inconsistent with the orders made by the Court.
