Furthermore, the Tribunal exceeded its statutory jurisdiction by determining issues of title and subdivision of registered land, which are reserved for the High Court or Magistrate’s Court with appropriate jurisdiction. As such, the Tribunal’s proceedings and award were nullities in law and could not be validated by subsequent adoption in the Magistrate’s Court.
