The petitioner, however, availed the entire property for distribution and caused it to be transferred wholly to himself, excluding the objector's interest. This amounted to concealment of material facts regarding joint ownership. The certificate of confirmation of grant was therefore improperly obtained and must be revoked. The objector, representing his late father's estate, is entitled to half of the property. The dispute is fundamentally about the distribution of the estate, not the grant of letters of administration...
