The consent order of 26th October, 2016, was only binding on the parties to the suit and not on the Interested Party, who was neither a party to the suit nor the consent. The order was an inhibition against alienation, transfer, charge, or sale of parcel 476, not an injunction against construction or development. There was no evidence that the Interested Party had violated the terms of the order or that he had knowledge of it prior to service in 2020, years after the order was made.
