RULING
Notice of Motion dated 10th July 2015 is hereby dismissed with costs as it has been overtaken by events. It seeks the setting aside of the interlocutory Judgment entered in this suit on 8th April 2011 without taking into account that the suit proceeded the hearing as a formal proof before Koome J.A and she delivered her judgment on 30th March 2012.
