Civil Case 24 of 2002
DORCAS MORAA KIBAGENDI .…………….........………. PLAINTIFF/APPLICANT
VERSUS
LINEAR COACH COMPANY LIMITED ………...... DEFENDANT/RESPONDENT
RULING:
I have carefully considered the application. The applicant/plaintiff has explained why she and her counsel were not present in court on 12/2/04 when the case was dismissed. Court is satisfied with the explanation. The application is therefore allowed. Dismissal order made on 12/2/04 is hereby set aside and case reinstated for hearing.
It is so ordered.
