In order to give effect to its judgment and prevent the frustration of the decree, the court held that it was just and proper to appoint a Deputy Registrar or other competent officer to execute all necessary documents on behalf of the defendant. The court relied on its inherent powers under the Civil Procedure Act and the relevant rules to ensure compliance with its orders and to prevent abuse of the process of the court.
