There was no satisfactory evidence that his allotment was lawfully revoked before the purported allocation to the Plaintiff. The Plaintiff failed to prove that due process was followed in revoking Matheka's allotment, and no valid notice of revocation was produced. Consequently, the Plaintiff's allocation was irregular and could not confer title. Since Matheka lawfully transferred the property to the 1st and 2nd Defendants, they acquired a valid interest.
