The court found that the grant of letters of administration was obtained fraudulently and through concealment of material facts, specifically the failure to disclose all beneficiaries and obtain their consent, as well as the appointment of a sole administrator where a continuing trust existed for minors. The administrator did not include all dependants in the petition, and there was no evidence that adult beneficiaries renounced their claims or consented to the distribution. The grant was therefore defective and warranted revocation.
