The Respondent failed to provide any credible evidence of misconduct or that the Claimant absconded duty. The dismissal was not for a valid reason and was procedurally unfair. The Claimant was entitled to one month's salary in lieu of notice and compensation equivalent to four months' salary for unlawful and unfair dismissal, as well as arrears for days worked in November 2015.
