Procedural Posture

Civil Appeal / Ruling on Application for Stay of Execution Pending Appeal

  1. 1 Whether the applicant is entitled to an order for stay of execution pending appeal.
  2. 2 Whether the application for stay was made without unreasonable delay.
  3. 3 Whether the applicant has demonstrated willingness to provide security for due performance of the decree.

Application for stay of execution allowed, conditional on deposit of decretal sum.
