The Constitution and the Labour Relations Act expressly confer exclusive jurisdiction over disputes concerning the election of trade union officials to the Employment and Labour Relations Court. Since the petition and application before the High Court related to such a dispute, the High Court lacked jurisdiction to entertain the matter.
