I have considered the 1st Defendant’s advocate’s chamber summons dated 4. 4.2024 and the affidavit in support thereof sworn by Cliford Otieno Obiero on even date and I have established that the 2nd Defendant was duly served with the same wherefore I do hereby allow the same and the firm of C. Obiero & Associates are hereby discharged from representing the 1st Defendant.
