COURT DIRECTIONS
1. Following a request by Executive Officer/Court Administrator, Bondo Law Courts that there are matters filed but which the Hon. Resident Magistrate has no Jurisdiction while the Principal Magistrate is on leave, I direct the Bondo Law Courts to submit the respective urgent matters to Siaya Principal Magistrate’s Courts to be handled in the interim by any of the Hon. Magistrates having jurisdiction in the said matters.
2. Orders accordingly.
