The Defendant did not act on unauthorized email instructions, having followed the Plaintiff's directive not to act on email communications. The Plaintiff executed an Indemnity recognizing the risk of partial recovery of funds, and by doing so, was estopped from claiming further losses attributable to his own mistake....
