The statutory notices were properly served, and the auction was validly advertised and conducted. The court held that the Agricultural Finance Corporation, as a government body, was exempt from the requirement to obtain Land Control Board consent for the sale. The subsequent transfers to the 2nd to 21st respondents, many of whom were bona fide purchasers for value without notice, could not be impugned, especially after the appellant withdrew the appeal against the 20th respondent, from whom the 21st respondent...
