The Court found that the union had suffered from persistent internal wrangles, mismanagement, and disputes over control of its accounts, resulting in instability and non-payment of employees. Although the Claimants alleged misappropriation of funds by the Respondents and relied on an audit report, the existence of two conflicting audit reports prevented the Court from conclusively determining the extent of financial impropriety.
