Given the multiplicity of interlocutory applications and the inability of interim orders to restore order or preserve the assets effectively, the court determined that only a full hearing could resolve the substantive rights of the parties. However, to prevent further dissipation or mismanagement of the company's assets and income, and to ensure fairness to both sides, the court exercised its inherent jurisdiction to stay all pending applications, bar further interlocutory filings (except for implementation of these directions), and ordered the appointment of a mutually agreeable reputable property management company to oversee the properties and income of Ambassadeur Investments (K)...
