The letter sent to the Claimant did not indicate that disciplinary action or termination was being considered, nor was there evidence of a proper hearing. The Respondent's evidence of a hearing was unsubstantiated, and the dismissal letter made no reference to such a hearing. As a result, the summary dismissal was procedurally unfair.
