RULING
1. I have considered the application filed on 9/11/2021 for resentencing.
2. The application is not supported by any proceedings or judgments from the various courts that considered the applicant’s cases at various stages and especially on appeals. There is no indication whether any appeals were filed to the High Court or to the Court of Appeal and whether the appeals were determined.
3. I find no material to assist this court exercise resentencing jurisdiction. The application is declined and dismissed.
