No particulars of fraud were pleaded or proved, and the evidence did not demonstrate that the Respondents were parties to any fraud or that the titles were acquired illegally or unprocedurally. The decree sought to be enforced was issued on 9th July 1993, and the suit was filed on 7th June 2011, more than 17 years later, making the action statute-barred under Section 4(4) of the Limitation of Actions Act.
