The boundaries of the Plaintiff's leased 95,000 acres within LR No. 14248 were not clearly delineated or marked, making it impossible to determine whether the Defendants had encroached upon the Plaintiff's portion. Furthermore, there was no evidence presented to show that the Defendants evicted anyone, destroyed property, or that any destruction was attributable to them. The Respondents were also licensed to use a portion of the land, and without clear evidence of trespass or encroachment, the threshold for contempt was not met....
