1. This matter was originated vide an application dated 19th May 2003 seeking to transfer Homabay Divorce Cause No. 1 of 2003 to Senior Resident Magistrate’s Court at Oyugis for hearing and determination.
2. The last time the matter was in court was on 15th July 2003 and it was stood over generally.
3. I hereby dismiss the application dated 19th June 2003 for want of prosecution and close the file.
