RULING
The applicant by way of this Originating Summons expressed to be brought under Order L Rule 1 of the Civil Procedure Rules seeks orders that he be appointed Guardian Ad Litem as prayed in the originating summons dated 19th July 2006. The application is supported by an affidavit sworn by George Nyangau Mokieyi and the annextures therein including a medical report by Dr. Maurice Simiyu.
The application is allowed in terms of Prayer 2,3 and 4 of the Originating Summons dated 19th July 2006.
