As established in KAGENYI VS MOSIRAMO & ANOTHER and other authorities, a nullity cannot be transferred to another court because it is void ab initio. The absence of pleadings from the subordinate court left the court to rely on the applicant's affidavit, which unequivocally stated the lack of jurisdiction.
