Ratio Decidendi

The Plaintiff proved ownership of the suit land by producing a valid title deed and supporting documents. The Defendants, having failed to appear or present any evidence of right or interest in the land, are deemed to have no legal claim. The Plaintiff's rights as registered proprietor under the Land Registration Act cannot be inhibited by the Defendants' occupation. The court found that the Plaintiff is entitled to an eviction order against the Defendants, subject to compliance with Section 152E of the Land Act regarding eviction procedures.
