The Tribunal found that the funds in Equity Bank Account No. 0340xxxxx7977, as well as other specified accounts held by the respondent at Equity Bank, were already frozen by previous court orders in Tribunal Case No. 168 of 2019 and Tribunal Case No. 55 of 2021 for the satisfaction of decretal amounts in those matters. As such, these funds were not available to satisfy the applicant's decree. The 2nd Garnishee, Spire Bank Ltd (formerly K-Rep Bank), did not file any response regarding the relevant account, and there was no evidence before the Tribunal to support attachment of funds from that account.
