Upon perusal of the application dated January 4, 2022, I make the following orders;1. Interlocutory judgment be and is hereby entered against the first, third and fourth defendants who have not entered appearance and or filed a defence within the prescribed period despite being duly served with summons to enter appearance.The suit against them will proceed as undefended but the plaintiffs will have to formarly prove the case.2. Suit marked as withdrawn against the second defendant who is said to be deceased.3. Pre - trial conference on November 28, 2022. 4.In the meantime, parties to fully disclose. Plaintiffs to serve the 5th, 6th and 7th defendants.
