Ali Hassan or any other party. The purported sale agreements were invalid for lack of signatures and failure to identify the land, thus conferring no interest. The evidence, including the neutral County Surveyor's report, established that Sulder Farm was unlawfully hived off from Almukarim Farm without revocation of the original allotment.
