The Plaintiff's claim of fraud and entitlement to a higher purchase price was not supported by the sale agreements or transfer documents, which indicated a sale for Kshs.20,000,000. However, to preserve the status quo and facilitate a fair trial, the court granted a conditional injunction restraining the 2nd Defendant from disposing of the property pending the hearing and determination of the suit, provided the Plaintiff prosecutes the suit within six months....
