RULING
This is an employment dispute that ought to be placed before the Industrial Relations Court in Mombasa. I direct that it be transferred to that Court.
Defendant has failed to comply with pretrial directions since 2012. It will pay Mr. Hamza's costs for today as well as court adjournment fees.
