I have read the record of the lower court and order that the Kakamega County Probation officer prepare a probation report on the appellant. The said report should capture information from the complainant Rebecca Muchukuyu. The complainant should state the position of the child and her own opinion about the appellant. The probation officer is at liberty to talk to the parents of both parties. The court will deliver its judgment after seeing the report of the probation officer.
