The plaintiff's delay was inordinate and not satisfactorily explained, but the defendant also contributed to the delay by failing to take steps to discharge the stale injunction. The court held that the interests of justice required giving the plaintiff a final opportunity to prosecute the suit, but discharged the interim injunction for having become void after 14 days.
