Contempt Application / Ruling on Application to Cite for Contempt of Court

  1. 1 Whether the 1st Defendant and its director, Joseph K. Claudio, deliberately disobeyed the court order issued on 4/4/2019.
  2. 2 Whether the 1st Defendant's director should be cited for contempt and committed to jail.
