The court also found no sufficient proof that the deceased left behind two cows and five goats, given the lapse of 13 years between the death and the suit. The NSSF shares were already distributed among the beneficiaries. The Kadhi's court correctly identified the estate as comprising only the plot occupied by the appellant's mother and the NSSF shares.
