However, the responsibility to pay premiums was shared between the lender and borrower. The insurance did not cover arrears accrued at the time of death, and the borrower's estate remained liable for those arrears. The High Court erred in assigning full responsibility to the appellant and in restraining the exercise of the statutory power of sale.
