The application is for review of the sentence. 2. The prosecution called for a Sentence Review Report. The same was availed and filed in Court on 20th July2026 and it is not favourable. 3. The Applicant is described as a repeat offender and his family has tried to guide and counsel him to mend his ways to no avail. 4. The Report recommends that the Applicant completes his sentence. 5. In the light of the Report – this Court finds no merit in the application and the Court finds that the Applicant is not eligible for Community Service Order or sentence review. 1.
