Ruling
1. I have considered the summons for rectification of grant dated 6. 6.24 and the affidavit in support thereof sworn by Christine Atieno Ochieng, Gerald Onjuro Onywera and Silvester Awuor Obiero on even date and I do hereby allow the same and I make the following orders:-1. The certificate of confirmation of grant be and is hereby rectified and the estate of the deceased shall be distributed in accordance with the amended schedule of distribution annexed to the supporting affidavit and marked as CGS-3. 2.A rectified certificate of confirmation of grant to issue accordingly.
