The court, after reviewing the application and the report from the Assistant Director of Children’s Services, was satisfied that the applicants met all legal requirements for adoption. The adoption was deemed to be in the best interests of the child, and no evidence was presented to the contrary. The court therefore granted the adoption, ordered that the child be known as M.O.O, and directed the Registrar-General to make the appropriate entries in the Adopted Children’s Register.
