RULING
The application dated 6th May 2013 seeks review of the judgement dated 27th May 2011. It is founded on Order 45 rule 1 of the Civil Procedure Rules. I have carefully gone through the said judgement and noted a litany of errors on the face of the record. It is only just that the said errors be corrected.
I hereby allow the application dated 6th May 2013. The judgement dated 27th May 2013 shall be reviewed in the manner proposed in annexture ‘CJ 1’ to the affidavit in support of the application, sworn on 6th May 2013 by Clarence Jumba. Costs shall be in the cause.
