Judgment
1. In their Originating summons dated 8th February 2024 the Applicants pray for the following orders:-(a)That MAO and EOO be appointed the legal guardians of the minor.(b)That the Applicants be granted adoption orders in respect to AC alias ALO, the minor herein.
2. The application is supported by the applicants sworn affidavit and the grounds thereof. The application is also based on the annexures to the supporting affidavit.
3. The court on 20th March 2024 directed that a report be prepared by the Children’s department which they complied. The said positive report on record is dated 11th April 2024.
4. The court was on 25th April able to see and interview orally the applicants, the legal guardians as well as representatives from the children’s department. They all understood their duties and responsibilities as far as the adoption exercise was concerned.
5. Taking the totality of the above observations I find the summons meritorious and the same is hereby allowed as prayed with no order as to costs.
