IN THE MATTER OF AN APPLICATION FOR ADOPTION OF BJ –MINOR
RULING
The originating summons dated 12th October 2011 prays for the following relief:-
(1)The applicants be authorized to adopt a baby boy BJ.
(2)The Registrar General be ordered to make in the adopted Childrens Register an entry recording the adoption in accordance with particulars as shall be set out in Adoption order.
The applicant is supported by several documents including the statements of the Applicants, New Life Trust Home Kisumu as well as the report of the Childrens Officer Kisumu East.
From the evidence before me I am satisfied that the applicants have satisfied this court to warrant their application to be allowed.
The same is allowed as prayed. Costs in the cause.
