IN THE MATTER OF THE CHILDREN ACT 2022 AND IN THE MATTER OF ADOPTION OF SUK - MINOR
Ruling
1. Before me is a Summons for the Adoption of a minor SUK. I have considered the Reports annexed to the summons.
2. I have also seen then Report by the Children’s Officer. I have in Court the applicants who seem to understand their obligations and have indicated as much.
3. I have also interviewed the Guardians who are in Court and they indicate that they do understand their obligations.
4. I have also seen the future brothers of the minor who are happy with the arrangements. I am satisfied that the orders sought are to the best interest of the minor.
5. Accordingly, I allow the application as prayed for.
It is so ordered.
