IN THE MATTER OF AN ADOPTION OF: AF alias OGO– MINOR AND IN THE MATTER OF AN APPLICATION BY: NPO AND JNN
Ruling
1. I have considered the originating summons dated 10. 7.2024, the affidavits in support thereof and the enclosures thereto.
2. I have also considered the child welfare report dated 25. 10. 24 prepared by Eric Lee Mugaisi the Coordinator Children Services Kisumu County and I do note that the minor was declared free for adoption by the Little Angel Network on 11. 10. 2023 vide a certificate serial No. 002xxx where I find merit in this application and I do hereby allow it and make the following orders:-1. The Applicant NPO and JNN are hereby authorized to adopt the child known as AF alias OGO.2. The child shall henceforth be called OGO.3. The Registrar General is hereby ordered to make an entry into the Adopted Children’s Register of this adoption in accordance with the particulars as shall be set out in the adoption order.4. This file is marked as closed.
