IN THE MATTER OF ADOPTION OF AM AKA GMH (MINOR)
Ruling
1. The court on June 29, 2022 issued orders directing that investigations be carried out by the Director Children Services in respect to the parties/applicant herein.
2. The court has perused the report dated October 24, 2022 and received in this Court on October 26, 2022.
3. In view of the said favourable report and the attached supporting documents filed herein this court allows the prayers as contained in the originating summons dated March 17, 2022 in terms of prayer (2), (3) and (4) thereof.Orders accordingly.
