Ruling
1. This Court had on 19th December, 2024 sanctioned the commencement of the Adoption process and the investigations on suitability to adopt was accordingly ordered.
2. I have now considered the favourable report dated 5th March, 2025 by the County Children Coordinator and accordingly allow the originating summons dated 22nd November 2024 on the following terms:i.The Applicants are hereby authorized to adopt Baby CP A.K.A TC and the child shall henceforth be known as SCR.ii.The Registrar General is hereby ordered to make appropriate entries in the adopted children register in respect of SCR.It is so ordered.
