Ruling
1. On 8th March 2018, a grant was issued to Veronica Auma Barasa and Paulo Agunda to administer the estate of Consolata Omolo Dondi, deceased.
2. The grant was due for confirmation on 8th April 2018. However, no application for confirmation was filed todate.
3. As that grant has become useless and inoperational by law, it is hereby revoked and annulled pursuant to Section 76(d) (i) of the Law of Succession Act and this file is closed.
4. Ruling to be typed.
