Since the Protester neither attended the mediation nor signed the agreement, she cannot be bound by its terms regarding her share of L.R. No. Nandi Kipkaren Salient 275. However, the agreement remains binding and enforceable among all other signatories, and the rest of the estate's distribution as agreed in mediation should proceed to partial confirmation.
